Personal Review: Although Nikon 50mm F1.8 really produced nice bokeh pictures at below F2.8, the products at F2.8 and above are comparable for both lenses. Tamron 28-75mm F2.8 lens produced nice result and bokeh as well. The advantage for the Tamron is that if I need more bokeh, I can zoom to 75mm and the bokeh will be more and to me it is already served my purpose.
